  • Responsible for providing back-office support to the Cluster including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation向检测部提供多方面的后台支持,包括接听电话,收发邮件及传真,发送报价单及整理相关文件
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系
  • Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills积极开朗,善于沟通
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset客户导向
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality注重质量和细节
  • Good in Mandarin and English 良好的普通话及英语表达
  • CET-4及以上优先考虑
