Responsibilities 

• Study the existing production operation process and optimize the digital transformation 
• Coordinated the test and implementation of the optimization scheme in the production site 
• Summarize/promote/apply excellent production and operation solutions
• Cross-department/regional communication and coordination 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor degree in computer software, electronic engineering or related major, with programming ability 
• Have a certain understanding of supply chain and business model of IT products 
• Have a certain understanding of advanced manufacturing technology such as digitalization, automation and AI 
• Have some understanding or practice of project management 
• Good communication and team work skills, good problem solving skills; Excellent learning ability and fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
