Responsibilities

参与以下一项或多项业务的算法设计、功能实现、仿真测试,实现高精度、高可靠、可量产落地相关系统:

  • 基于双目视觉/激光的3D环境感知系统
  • 基于视觉/激光/GPS等传感器融合的位姿估计系统
  • 基于视觉/激光/GPS/毫米波雷达等传感器融合的动态物体运动估计系统
  • 基于视觉/激光/毫米波雷达的场景检测和分割算法
  • 视觉相机的图像处理ISP(Image Signal Processor)算法

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 硕士及以上学历,计算机、信息工程、电子工程、机器人学等相关专业
  • 具有扎实的数理基础(矩阵论,高数线数,优化,概率,数理统计等)和准确的文献调研理解能力
  • 动手能力强,具有扎实的C++编程能力,熟悉Linux开发平台,熟悉并行计算开发,注重编程规范

具有模式识别、图像处理、计算机视觉、点云处理、多传感器数据融合等相关领域经验,熟悉以下一种或多种理论和算法:

  • 多传感器融合SLAM
  • 多视几何/立体视觉/三维重建理论
  • 视觉/激光传感器内外参标定算法
  • 视觉/激光的预处理、检测、跟踪、场景理解与分割算法
  • CMOS图像原理
  • ISP算法
  • 非线性优化理论
  • 应用于以上问题领域的DeepLearning理论和算法
  • 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力,善于沟通,工作自主驱动,具备良好的问题定位分析能力
  • 了解视觉处理平台,有FPGA/ASIC/DSP平台视觉算法实现经验者优先
  • 熟悉常见传感器特性,包括但不限于单目、双目、超声波雷达、激光雷达、毫米波雷达

加分项:

  • 在高水平国际会议、期刊上发布过相关文章,包括但不限于IJRR、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ICRA、IROS、ITS、IV、3DV
  • 有ACM-ICPC、Robocon等竞赛获奖经历
