Responsibilities 

  • 与工程团队其他成员合作开发汽车变速器、电驱动系统、风力发电传动链产品;Work as a member of project team developing automotive transmission, EDU and driveline for wind turbine. 
  • 聚焦汽车电驱动齿轮箱、风电齿轮箱等传动产品开发与分析,主要包括:平行圆柱轮系和行星圆柱轮系方案设计、传动系统速比配齿、齿轮设计与校核、轴承选型及分析、载荷谱处理,进而聚焦于轴齿的设计与分析、宏观参数、刀具校对、微观修形、传动误差、NVH等。 Gearbox and driveline analysis and development, including gear design and rating, bearing selection and rating. Will be largely focused on gear shaft design, spline design, macro and micro-geometry, cutting tool review, transmission error. 
  • 采用公司工具对关键传递扭矩的零件进行计算与分析,例如:花键、过盈配合、剪切销、定位销等 Analytical analysis of key components, such as spline, interface fit, shear pin etc 
  • 使用Romax及其工具链进行低振噪传动应用的齿轮微观修形及优化,支持传动系统NVH性能开发;Use Romax and its tool chain to analyse gear micro-geometry modification and optimisation to achieve low transmission noise and vibration;
  • 使用Romax及其工具链进行汽车变速器、风机传动链振动噪声仿真分析与优化;Use Romax and its tool chain to analyse noise and vibration of automotive and wind driveline to achieve low transmission noise and vibration.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • 机械工程、汽车工程、风力发电硕士学历 Master degree in mechanical, automotive engineering or wind turbine engineering. 
    应届毕业或3年汽车变速器或风电齿轮箱轴齿分析、宏观参数设计、微观修形等相关经验 Fresh graduate or 3 years of experience in automotive and wind gearbox design. 
  • 熟悉齿轮设计和分析原理,包括但不限于:齿轮错位量、齿轮传动误差、齿轮微观修形等,会使用Romax优先;Familiar with gear design and analysis theory, including but not limited to: gear misalignment, transmission error, micro-geometry modification, etc. Understanding Romax is a preferred. 
  • 熟悉至少其中一款有限元分析软件,并能够使用此工具划分箱体等结构件网格,并初步进行结构件强度分析 (ANSYS Workbench、Hyperworks、ABAQUS、Partan&NASTRAN 等等) Familiar with at least one of FEA analysis software (ANSYS
  • Workbench, Hyperworks, ABAQUS, Partan&NASTRAN etc.) and can use this tool chain for housing strength or fatigue analysis 
  • 熟悉至少其中一款CAD设计软件(CATIA、SolidWorks、UG、Pro-e等等) Familiar with at least one of CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, UG, Pro-e etc). 
  • 熟悉齿轮标准(ISO 6336、ISO 1328、ISO13989、ISO14179、etc.),若也熟悉轴承标准(ISO 76、 ISO281、TS16281)或花键标准(DIN5480、DIN5466)者优先;Familiar with gear ISO or GB standard (ISO 6336, ISO 1328, etc). Familiar with bearing standard is a plus (ISO 76, ISO281, TS16281, etc) or spline standard (DIN5480、DIN5466). 
  • 良好的沟通能力和抗压能力,能接受适当的出差在客户现场解决问题 Good communication and anti-pressure ability. Be able to accept travelling and solve customer problems on-site.
