Responsibilities 

• Monitoring software status with software QA team 
• Formulate and design software system using scientific analysis and mathematical models 
• Analysis software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints 
• Integrate Software Code into target complex electronics products 
• Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation 
• Direct the software design process for software engineering activities 
• Develop Embedded Software Programs, Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Model, Software Source
• Code Modules and Integration Tests 
• Conducts Software Requirements, Design and Code Reviews 
• Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineering department to ensure of a proper functionality of the new product design 
• Coordinate and communicate with colleagues in the headquarters to ensure of technical alignment
• Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, software engineering, computer science or equivalent disciplines 
• Working experience in embedded software design for automotive products. Have taking a leading role in managing software project development process 
• Fundamental technical knowledge of programming and software development 
• Able to use common software development tools, e.g. Matlab, Polyspace, Innovator etc. 
• Good understanding of automotive software development process and automotive product development process 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in German language skills, both speaking and listening
