The Programme

Meltwater还运营非营利组织 – Meltwater创业技术学院(MEST),致力于培养未来一代企业家。 


  • Manage the job posts on various jobboards, eg: Linkedin, Jobylon, Liepin, 51job, etc. 
  • Schedule the interviews and send out interview confirmation emails to candidates 
  • Design and draft the email templates for both hiring managers and candidates 
  • Source and screen candidates to find the qualified talents, mainly on LinkedIn 
  • Deliver recruitment analytics and insights
  • Maintain the recruitment system(Greenhouse) 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Full-time university student, majors in HR, English or other related majorities 
  • Fluent in English (can switch between both in reading and writing with ease) 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage requirements in different type of projects ranging from admin, creative, and analytical 
  • Can work 4-5 days per week for at least 3 months 
  • Passion on human resources, especially on recruitment 
  • High Level or master student will be a plus
