Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Programme 




  •  Make risk assessment and implement effective solutions for key equipment driven by data analysis and insight 
    Simplify, optimize and standardize preventive maintenance and reduce corrective maintenance driven by data analysis and cost insight 
  • Develop the method or model of predictive of fault or failure for equipment within area in align with global. 
  • Develop the new components or equipment to update the reliability of production process through technical knowledge of NZ technology within area 
  • Guide the process to equipment breakdown for technician and skilled worker 
    Do troubleshooting, root cause analysis and countermeasure for equipment breakdown 
  • Supply the drawing of non-standard components 
  • Lead the temporary team to take the overhaul of large-scale equipment 
  • Sponsor global investment applications 
  • Lead local projects/initiatives 
  • Lead new equipment implementation 
  • Work with team to reach the goals for both U&M and TEDA Ops
  • Support to other functions if needed after approving by managers 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Have bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related. 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred (BS) or 1 year (MS) 
  • Be good at data analysis and insight to create improvement opportunities 
  • Be good at English in oral, listening and writing skill 
  • Have a good cooperation, influence and communication skills
