Ecommerce User and Consumer Relation Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities 

  • Collect in market data and process platform Ecom operation data to develop strategy of category management  
    shopper cluster and user operation  
    eMedia and Customer Relationship Marketing optimization. 
  • Conduct data and user marketing tools of Ecom platform, to attract new traffic, uplift penetration among Target Audience and improve effectiveness and efficiency of Ecom media / Customer Relationship Marketing touch-point activities.
  • Develop user operation and Customer Relationship Marketing proposal and detail plan to execute. Lead on private domain marketing activities to improve Target audience Life Time Value and membership value. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelor and above degree, major in e-commerce or marketing is preferred. 
  • 1 years and above working experience in e-commerce related industry is preferred. 
  • Customer Relationship Marketing, eMedia, Store Operation, E-marketing and E-Key Account related experience is a plus. 
  • Resilient, practical, proactive, collaborative and be good at communication and engagement.
