  • Responsible for helping regional CQE team for QTS/QAS generating and customer sample handling. 
  • Follow-up QTS# priority and highlight to RCQE team to get W/W CQE’s support with timely manner. 
  • Provide CQE information Matrix and update CQE’s operation indices monthly & consolidate team metrics Monthly/quarterly. 
  • Periodically attend Customer Quality review meeting, and execute activities of CQE team functional groups decision in order to achieve customer quality requirements. 
  • Supporting region quality team daily operation. 
  • Responsible for maintaining customer return process and data analysis/reporting. 
  • Responsible for driving region quality service procedure to meet customer's requirement. 
  • Deeper data analysis to find the opportunity to improve problem solving process.
  • On-site support to customer quality questions as and when required. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • 2021 bachelor or master degree of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Communication Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Good team player, able to work interdependently with others. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Strong ability on data analysis. 
  • Good communication skill in Chinese and English. 
  • Good English presentation skill and experience. 
  • Familiar with MS office.
