Talent & Rewards team provide core research and consulting support service on a wide range of topics covering human capital strategy, including executive compensation, talent management, rewards planning, and organizational effectiveness. The research examines the up-to-date market trend under a dynamic business environment, so as to provide human resource relating solutions to market leaders.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 重点院校本科及以上学历，专业要求： 经济、金融、数理金融、统计、人力资源等专业背景优先
- 熟练掌握相关经济和统计类软件（如STATA, SPSS, SAS, R等）；熟练使用MATLAB，VBA或Python等语言的申请者优先
